Does American Advantage offer round the world redemptions with AA miles?

With Qantas we can book Round the World business class tickets (for trips of up to 35,000 miles) for 280,000 QFF points through Qantas website. Is it possible to do the same using AAdvantage Miles on the AA website? How is this done - appreciate any advice?

I believe AA used to offer RTW redemptions once upon a time. No longer the case, unfortunately. AA is region based unlike Qantas and Cathay Pacific that offer RTW redemptions and are distance-based.
