Who to contact regarding missing points from Westpac Black sign up offer (Point Hacks application link)?

Hi,
I signed up for a Black Altitude Westpac card in December with the Point Hacks offer (20,000 points from Point Hacks).
When I contacted Westpac they said they haven’t received anything and I need to contact Point Hacks for it since this was a Point Hacks offer.

Is there any way to contact Point Hacks to chase it ?
