Who should we contact for issues with Pointhacks credit card applications?

Ouch: After a long application process, I got this:

An unexpected error has occurred

We’re unable to process your application at this time.

Please try again later or contact us directly for help on 13 13 12.

Go to nab.com.au

UPDATE: I called NAB for help and they told me that they could not help me over the phone. They could not process the application either.

What can I do now? Is this read by anybody at Point Hacks?
