Which cards have high earn rates for building up Krisflyer miles?

Hi, has anyone got a comprehensive list of banks which offer a way to earn Krisflyer points directly, or an efficient way to transfer points to Krisflyer?

So far my list includes:

Amex membership points every 18 months - 2:1 transfer to Krisflyer
St. George membership points every 12 months - 2:1 transfer to Krisflyer
Westpac membershop points every 12 months - 3:1 transfer to Krisflyer
ANZ membership points every 12 months - 3:1 transfer to Krisflyer

Any others? Please feel free to add to the list.

That list looks pretty comprehensive to me – the two best programs for KrisFlyer in Australia are AmEx Membership Rewards, and (for those places that don’t accept American Express) Amplify Rewards (which is offered by Bank of Melbourne and Bank SA as well as St George).

My only suggestion is to not be slavish regarding when you transfer points into KrisFlyer (especially considering that KrisFlyer points expire after 3 years). Simply transfer them according to need, or when there’s a transfer bonus.
