When was the start of the NAB signature card 120K Qantas points promotion?

I’m in dispute with NAB about when their 120K deal started for the signature card as they haven’t issued the additional 30K points following the 12 month period. They say that the deal started 16 Aug 2019 and I signed up for the deal in June 2019. Can anyone help clarify this? Thanks.
