What should I do if I did not received my Amex Essential sign up bonus?

Hi.

I signed up for amex essential cc through point havks to secure 10,000 bonus points on spent of 750 within first three months however have not received bonus points yet even though i have completed my spending of the said amount. Seeking advise as to how to claim?

Just to confirm that you have not held any Amex issued card in the past 18 months. As it would make you inelgible for the sign up bonus if you have.
