Looking at maximising both business expenses and personal spending to accumulate frequent flyer points to fly mainly to europe. Any ideas what the best personal card would be to compliment the amex business explorer card?

I would suggest having a look at the Master Credit Card Table and look for the highest earn rate for an Amex and non-Amex.

Depending on how much spend you routinely do, you may want to weigh up signup bonus versus earn rate. For the recent signup bonuses on offer, have a look at all credit card offers.
