Qantas Premier Card Lounge Invitations - can I still use them even if I cancel the card?

Hi,

I currently have a QANTAS Premier Card and have allocated my 2x lounge passes to a flight for me and one another in late November.

I have not been using the card however and would like to cancel it now. Can anyone tell me whether cancelling this card would void my entitlement to these two lounge passes?

I would claim the passes first. They’ll be posted to you. Don’t cancel your account until you receive them, just in case there is a stuff-up as if you’re still a cardholder it will be easier to chase them on the phone.

You’ll still be able to use them. They’re either allocated to your Account or you got physical passes. Either way they won’t disappear when you cancel the card.
