Hi,
I applied for the signature card as it was advertised on this site for 115,000 bonus points. I just talked to NAB and they say that they only had an offer of 100,000 points… I’m trying to work out that works. Was there a special arrangement when you applied through the points hacks application link, as I did? Will I indeed get the 115K points?
Thank you.
Looks like this could be a scam of some sort! I applied for the NAB signature card with 115,000 QF points sign on bonus via the Point hacks website. After no corospondance I receive my card but no mention of the 115,000 points or any confirmation from Point hacks that the application was successful. After spending 3hrs on the phone with the NAB they confirmed that i was successful with the application but they were unaware of the deal between me and Point hacks and that Point hacks are responsible for issuing the points to me after the criteria has been met but that i should have received confirmation. I can’t get anyone from Point hacks to answer my emails so I don’t know if this was a legitimate transaction or if I was played to apply for a card with no benefits.
Hi,
Sorry to hear you’re having problems with your NAB application. PointHacks is actively communicating with NAB about issues that applicants have been facing.
If you need further assistance, you may email PointHacks directly at assist@pointhacks.com.
Personally, I have applied for the card myself. I have yet to meet the minimum spend and receive the signup bonus. However, I have saved the T & C and I have some faith on everything falling into place.
Based on past experience, the bank agents rarely know about exclusive offers, which offers more than what the banks offer directly. It may seem sketchy but things have always worked out in the end for me.
Good luck. Reach out to Pointhacks in the email above if you have more concerns.
