Is there a card with uncapped Qantas point earn and no international transaction fees?

I’m looking for a travel points credit card that charges a low or no international transaction fee, as these are the vast majority of my expenses. Note that it doesn’t matter if there is a currency conversion fee, as although most charges are overseas transactions, they are still in AUD.

I’d prefer Qantas but I can’t find anything that meets my needs there, so am open to other frequent flyer programs.

Thanks this is almost exactly what I’m looking for - the only issue is it’s only 0.66 points per dollar spent. Anyone know of something similar with a higher points per dollar ratio? I’m open to business cards or the Velocity program.
