Has anyone successfully charged University Fees to a QF points card w Westpac and had the spend trigger the Bonus points award?

If Bpay is a payment method, I use my non-Amex point earning card via Beem (app supported by CBA?) on my Bpay bills. No surcharges too.
In general, if the transaction earns you points, it is a qualifying spend.
