Is it possible to transfer an Amex card from the US to Australia?

I recently moved from the US to Australia. I know I can transfer my Amex account but can I transfer the card too? I was sent an offer from AMEX in the US for 100K MR points. Could I apply for the card in the US and then transfer it to Australia? Would I have to reapply and pay the fee twice? Can I receive a signup bonus in both countries?

Yes, you can transfer an Amex between countries. Point balance is transferred according to foreign exchange rate (I heard).
