Is it possible to combine the travel credits on American Express Platinum Edge and Explorer cards?

Hi All

Just wanted to find out if we can combine the travel credit we get for AMEX Express Explorer ($400) and Platinum Edge ($200) for a total of $600 to use at one time if I have both these cards?
