Hi there - does anyone know how to apply for the VA lounge passes that come with the Amex Velocity Platinum card? Are they paper based passes (like those that come with the ANZ Travel Adventures Visa Card?)

No. I believe they are digital passes. They get added digitally to the velocity account attached to your card for points earning. This is the disadvantage of this card as it means you can’t just gift the passes to someone else.
