How to get from Sydney to Honolulu with Amex points?

I got 850K points with amex, which airline should I transfer these points to get the best value for Sydney to Honolulu flights for 3 adults?

I’m also considering converting these points into Helloworld Travel Gift card and use it to pay for the airfare instead, 135K points = AUD1000.00.
Is this a good option?

Not sure about which airline to choose but I don’t think transferring to Helloworld is a good option. As a quick comparison, a business class flight from Sydney to Perth would cost $2000 or 38,000 points! That equates to 270,000 points using Helloworld.
