How long for Etihad Guest miles to transfer from Citi Rewards?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has had experience with transferring their Citibank Rewards Points to Etihad Guest Miles.

I transferred some recently and they haven’t appeared after 5 business days.
Citibank told me up to 14 days and their website says up to 28 days.

However, they are normally good with Singapore, Malaysian and Delta they have all been within 2-3 business days.

Sorry, I haven’t heard any experience of Citi -> Etihad transfer times. Have they shown up yet?

I did three transfers and they end up showing up all at once after I e-mailed their contact centre

The first points were about 2 weeks the others were 3 and 4 days.

One thing I learnt the hard way was that when you have to take 2 flights to get to your destination (no stop over) Etihad charge it as two flights

So we were flying BKK to Cebu with PAL which you have to go through Manila. So they charged 31,000 points and 16,000 points instead of just 31,000
