How long does it take to transfer Citi Rewards points to Velocity?

Anyone recently transfer points from Citi to velocity?

The Citi site says it can take up to 28 days but I’ve read posts a few years back with name issues causing the transfer to get rejected. Im just not keen waiting 28 days only to find out it’s been rejected …

Gday.  Last time I did a transfer (about 6 months ago) I think it took 3  days - might have been 4 but not longer.

For anyone wondering about Amex it always seems to be within 24 hours and can be as quick as same day.
