We are flying to Tassie early Jan in economy, and I am just trying to see if I am eligible for any lounge passes with any of my credit cards.

The only certain way is to read the terms and conditions that came with each card. If you don’t have copies you can obtain them from their websites. Be aware that some require you to contact the concierge to arrange for passes to to be sent to you and some take several weeks to arrive 
The St George Amplify Signature card comes with 2 Qantas passes if you selected to earn Qantas points. If you choose Amplify points you get Priority Pass membership.
The standard and Platinum Amplify do not get the above benefits.
