How best to optimise point earn from ATO GST payments?

Hi
I have a new business and will be paying approx. 30k in GST end of Feb. How do I get the best deal in combining new card bonuses, points per spend and finding a card where payments to the ATO are excepted. Unfortunately already have an AMEX ultimate so cant sign up there.
