Has the Amex Velocity Platinum Flight Map been updated?

Hi everyone,

I’ve noticed that Hamilton Island was previously listed under the Melbourne section for Virgin Velocity flight benefits on the Points Hacked site. Could anyone confirm if there have been any recent updates to this? I’m wondering if Hamilton is still included as I couldn’t find the information during my last visit to the Amex site.

Additionally, has anyone else experienced similar issues or changes in the listed benefits for other destinations?

Looking forward to any insights you might have.

Hi,

It could be because Virgin doesn’t seem to fly Melbourne - Hamilton Island direct anymore. I couldn’t see anything other than Jetstar flying direct at first glance.

Ah yes of course, thanks. Likely a pre-Covid flight schedule.
