So I’ve seen concierge services offered as part of various credit cards as a benefit.
However, has anyone actually used such a service? Any actual practical daily/weekly/monthly uses for such a service?
Are concierge services offered by one card better than another?
I used Amex Platinum concierge and Visa Premium concierge before. Both aren’t particularly good but I guess the Platinum concierge is better simply because they have more connections with restaurants and can book ‘reserved’ space for you etc. Honestly, concierges are a pretty useless feature and not something you really should care about.
