Does utilities payment earn Citibank Reward points?

Are utilities payment eligible for citi rewards points?

I know some utilities uses BPay (which is not eligible), but some also use BPoint.

Thanks for the information.

May I please confirm that since the column is empty for all cards (excluding Amex), does it means that paying utility bills using Citibank cards do not receive points?
