I’ve got the Virgin Money High Flyer card for around 4 months but still haven’t received my lounge passes credited to my Velocity account. Do I have to request them to be credited or do they pop up after the card anniversary year or something?

You need to call them and request the passes. It doesn’t happen automatically (but they don’t tell you that, which I think is a bit sneaky of them…).
