Does anyone else have issues transferring Citi Thank You points to Etihad Guest?

I have been attempting for the past 2 weeks to transfer my Citi ThankYou points into Ethihad. Has anyone had success in doing this? Citi reps keep getting error messages.

This issue has been ongoing and they are still having problems with Citi. According to this blog post, AMEX points transfers to Etihad is working now though.

Because I have the prestige I don’t have the Amex so unfortunately I am limited with point Transfer options.

In case you still need to transfers, etihad guest transfers from Amex is working now too!
