Can you make changes to Krisflyer RTW redemption once you have taken your first flight?

Hi there,
Do you know if you can make changes to RTW redemption booking on Krisflyer once you have taken your first flight? I have points with both QANTAS and Krisflyer and trying to decide which is the least restrictive in the event I have to change my flights once I have embarked on the RTW trip.

Looks like on both programs, you can’t make changes one you have started the trip (flown the first flight).
