Can you convert Emirates Skywards miles convert to Velocity points via Amex Rewards?

I know you can send AMEX points to Emirates, but can you do the reverse?

and if so, once the point are AMEX rewards points, would there be an issues transfer these to Velocity?

No you can’t transfer points into Amex or any bank issued credit cards.
