Can you cancel and reapply for the Qantas Premier Platinum card immediately and still qualify for the signup bonus?

I’ve just had a Qantas Premier Platinum card, received the 75,000 points, then I cancelled. Is there anything stopping me from re-applying for another one and getting the 75,000 points again? I’ve read the T&C and I can’t see anything…

if that was possible, anyone could cancel and re apply an unlimited number of times. Not to mention you would appear a non serious customer who applies and cancels for cards regularly.

I seem to recall hearing from a friend that if you are rejected by Citibank (Qantas Premier card is managed by them), there is no point reapplying within 6 mths. They might not allow applications within the 6 mths of an application.
