Can BPAY payments be made using AMEX Explorer Cards?
And is it treated as a purchase or Cash advance?
There is no option to pay Bpay bills using your credit card. To do so you would have to log into ‘my account’ as you do with paying Bpay from your online banking. Once logged in to your Explorer account, the only reference to Bpay is for paying your Amex bill using Bpay via your bank.
