Are there any good rewards credit cards suitable for retirees?

Hi all

I’m looking for information about rewards credit cards (ideally with bonus point offers) for which retired people are eligible.

I can’t find any mention of it in this forum, and not much elsewhere on the internet. My grandparents are retired but self-supported. They travel several times a year between Perth-Melbourne, and once every couple of years overseas. Western Europe in 2018 is likely.

I would really like to get them onto a good points deal so they can travel in comfort on long hauls.

all credit cards have a minimum income requirement so they’ll need to demonstrate they meet that.
