Hi does anyone know if existing supplementary card holders are able to apply and receive amex bonus offers such as the 240,000 points on the amex explorer? Are they considered existing card holders if account isnt under their name?
Definitely eligible. They mean existing primary cardholders when they say existing cardholders.
