AMEX Qantas Ultimate - What do I need to do to get the free Epiqure Premium membership?

Hi,

From 31st October premium Epiqure membership is meant to be available with the AMEX Qantas Ultimate Credit Card. Whislt it explains this on its website, there is no link or instructions from AMEX on how to activate this.

Can anyone else find instructions on how to activate this benefit?
