Am i still eligible for Amex sign up bonus if I used to have business card

Hi guys,
I saw there is a 100K Qantas bonus for Amex sign up. I used to have a Business Velocity Amex card for my company before and less than a year since cancellation.
Just not sure if im still eligible for the bonus point if i sign up under my name this time ?

Unfortunately, you wouldn’t be eligible. You will have to serve the standard 18 months cooling period before being eligible again.
