Is it possible to give a different loyalty card at check-in rather than the one I made the booking with?

I booked 2 business class returns from Brisbane to Singapore using KrisFlyer points. I’ve since heard about Aegean airlines giving good status upgrades across the star alliance network, can I use the Aegean card for the SA flights to get some status with Aegean?

I’m guessing not but ever hopeful…!

If you booked this as a rewards points redemption you earn zero points or status. What program you list this flight under therefore makes no difference
