I was hording KF miles for my ultimate bucket list trip RTW in F class. SA got rid if this. Now to Plan B is where i need advice. how to get max benefit to use 800k Miles

A rookie error of point hacking is trying to get the absolute “best value” or “maximum benefit” of points, to the detriment of actually going somewhere you want to go and doing what you want to do.
With your 800k points, the world is your oyster. You have access to Star Alliance. Where would you like to go? What would you like to experience? THAT should be your first question. You will then be able to use your points get the “maximum benefit” of going there in style. I would think that with 800k points you’ll still be able to go RTW, more or less.
But really, choose your own adventure and use your points to make it happen! And of course if you want specific advice about how to get to a particular destination, just come back here and we’ll do our best to help you.
