Why do I not see any premium economy award seats for Hong Kong to Perth on Cathay Pacific via Qantas website?

Hi,
Not sure what I am doing wrong. Have been looking for 2x PE one way flights Qantas (Cathay pacific) Hong Kong- Perth on Sun 25th Oct 2020. The whole month appears to only have economy flights available. Have been looking the last few weeks. Will this availability change , or is it best to book and put in for an upgrade?

According to the below redemption guide, reward seats on cathay pacific only release 353 days in advance for Qantas members. Right now, there are still 356 days until October 25th 2020. Check back in 3 days or so!
