Which Itinerary will Maximise QFF Lifetime Credits?

I’m planning to travel to a few countries in Europe in August of 2017. After requesting some quotes, I was offered the following 3 options.

Sydney to Prague, then Copenhagen to Sydney

  1. British Airways – via London
  2. Emirates (Qantas codeshare) – via Dubai
  3. Cathay Pacific and Finnair – via Hong Kong and Helsinki

I am currently a Lifetime Silver QFF and I have less than 3000 lifetime credits to accumulate before reaching Lifetime Gold.

Which one of the 3 options will give me the most lifetime credits? I’ll be booking economy travel for the round trip although I don’t know what cabin class my travel agent will book.
