I have an itinerary I am happy with for the RTW one world redemption. When I go to book it online using the multi-stop booking the site always crashes.
Does anyone know why?
Is there something wrong with the booking?
Is it better to call to book?
My experience from calling in the past is the reps say flights are not available that I can see on the Qantas site, and I find them annoying, so I’d prefer to book online.
It’s ok, I’ve figured it out-
first I didnt have a QANTAS flight and it looks like I need one
Then it won’t let me book domestic flights in USA as part of the booking, I think because these don’t have checked baggage.
I will have to call for this.
The Qantas website is known to be quite temperamental. Any fields that it is not happy with will throw an error.
Have you confirmed that all of the jndividual flights in your desired itinerary (entered in multi-city search) have award availability? Some times just 1 flight not having availability will crash the search.
