Hey guys,
I’m having huge trouble trying to book classic rewards flights through the qantas search tool. Essentially, the tool is saying that there is availability for all of the flights I want to book, but when I get through to the payment page, it comes up with an error. I think I’ve managed to get every error that you can possibly get, with every possible routing from here to Europe. It’s infuriating. I’ve emailed qantas (no reply as yet), and I’ve called - the person on the phone said that there is no availability on some of the flights (I was on the phone for 90 mins trying to sort out alternative routing, but it wasn’t any help).
How are we supposed to plan if the search tool is incorrect? Has anyone got any ideas on how to get around this issue?
