I’ve spent hours trying book on Qantas.com using points as per the article published on this site and inevitably meet error messages. My route is Melbourne Geneva Paris London New York Los Angeles Honolulu Sydney Melbourne. It doesn’t matter what months up until May 2023 I try. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Have you tried switching out Geneva for a different European city?
