What non-Amex business credit cards earn Qantas points on ATO payments?

Hi,

I’ve just set up a new small business and lots of the costs I want to pay on Credit Card cant be paid on Amex, are there any Visa/Mastercards that earn points (preferably) QANTAS on ATO payments? if no, Are there any Business Amex bundles with MasterCard and or visa (I’m trying to avoid 2 annual fees)?
