With the delay in opening the new London lounge, where can I use my Qantas club pass when departing an international flight (Qantas economy ticket on an emirates plane) out of Heathrow?

Secondly can I use my Qantas club pass in Dubai?

I can see that you can access the AA Admiral Lounge at Heathrow and Emirates Business Lounge with the Qantas Club Pass.
