I was able to book two RTW business class awards at the end or August using the recommended contact number, 02 8228 1188.
Now when I want to make some changes when I dial the number I get the message telling me it has been disconnected.
I can use the 13 10 11 contact number but I suspect it is taking me to their India contact centre.
Has anyone found a better contact number?
No I’m pretty sure they are all lumped together now into that 131011 number. Wait times and quality of agents aren’t too bad though in my experience!
