Is anybody else having trouble viewing Star Alliance (or Thai) award availability on Lifemiles new award screen?
Old screen a few days ago was fine!
Thai’s booking site for the last 2 days results in ‘error’ page from my 3 computers!
The lifemiles website is showing no availability for any flights out of Australia to asia or europe on any day! It must be a website issue as the search results show no availability in an instant. I e mailed them and got a generic response about how award bookings are subject to availability and to call the call center if needed. They won’t admit that there is a technical issue
This has to be more than a “computer glitch” and needs serious investigation!
Does anyone know how to “Escalate” it to the “higher mortals” at Point Hacks?
Is there a Moderator that can instigate?
