What are the best ways to upgrade an Economy fare to Premium Economy on Cathay if I don't have Asiamiles?

Hi All,

Just wondering if there was a method or what the best/cheapest method is to upgrade from a purchased economy fare to premium economy? My understanding is that you can only go 1 tier above?

I don’t have any asiamiles, is that my only hope?

I just essentially need 1 way to be upgraded as its a redeye :slight_smile:

actually looking at it… i’m on S class economy…

that might count me out ;(

If you had been in an eligible fare class, you would need Asia Miles to upgrade as your only option on Cathay operated flights.
