What are the best options for Lounge Access at Singapore Changi Airport?

Hi all, longtime lurker :slight_smile:

My aunt is travelling to Oz from US (economy) next month. She has quite a long stopover at Changi and I am looking into to getting her into a lounge while there.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the best option? I have found the Plaza Premium Lounge which is $58SGD. Alternatively I have plenty of Velocity points if that could help.
