Velocity Frequent Flyer account - any experience with overdrawn points?

Curious to know if anyone else has ever overdrawn their velocity account. I am currently overdrawn around 40,000 points after a conversion to KrisFlyer was duplicated. The KrisFlyer points have all been redeemed so a reversal is not an option.

Helped fund a business class trip to Europe with Singapore Airlines, but I guess any velocity points earned are just repaying my debt for the time being.

Hi,

If you don’t value the status and history, one shady way is to create another Velocity account.

Otherwise, like you have said, any future points earned would just be repaying your negative balance.
