Using Velocity or Krisflyer points/miles for Cairns to Singapore

Hello,

I am still quite new to this point subject to please excuse the stupid question.
I currently have 2 x 13093 Krisflyer points & 150000 Velocity points & would like redeem CNS-SIN-CNS for 2 pax in economy next year.
Singapore airline charges 30500 each way per person
Velocity (on Singapore) 27000 each way per person + $142.10
In order to be able to book with Krisflyer I would have to transfer points to Krisflyer however I would need to transfer 1.55 Velocity points in order to get 1 Krisflyer points. Is that correct?

I think everything is correct! You can transfer from Velocity to Krisflyer at a rate of 1.55 Velocity to 1 Krisflyer point and it works the other way around as well (1.55 Krisflyer to 1 Velocity).
