Singapore Air flight - Should I credit to Velocity of Krisflyer?

Hi Guys,

I’m booking a flight to Europe on Singapore Air and I’m a member both of Virgin and Krisflyer. I’m keen to earn the status credits on my Virgin account, so was going to use that, but will I earn the same amount of points as I would if went with my Krisflyer account?
