Qantas Gold Status - do I get access to the British Airways Lounge in London if flying via Qantas?

Due to the Qantas London lounge being delayed I’m trying to work out what lounges I can access with my Qantas Gold status.

If flying Emirates from London to Dubai with a QF flight number are you still able to access One-World partner airlines such as the BA lounge or Finnair lounge in London?

Also, If I’m gold with Qantas, can I access the London Emirates lounge when flying Emirates?

Any thoughts on the best option?

My experience has been you can access any One World lounge when flying on a One World ticket with QF Gold and also Emirates lounge on a QF ticket.

LHR Terminal 3 where QF flies from, I would try the Cathay lounge as it has recently been renovated or the Emirates lounge.
