Qantas 787 Business Class - do both bulkhead rows 1 and 10 have larger footwells?

Hi there. Looking for a good seat for a tall person on qantas 787 business. I’ve heard row 1 has larger footwell, is that the case for row 10 in the mini cabin too? Thanks

This article seems to suggest so.
